Dear patients SBRD Medical is now closed and I Am Currently on annual leave and will be returning to Crane rd on 2.2.25.
When the practice is closed or I am away pls see my colleagues at crane road, the medical home kellyville, or the Hills medical and dental ctr. After hours care is provided by 13Sick tel 137425.
My Practice policies to help provide organised, accessible and affordable healthcare:
1.Use the AMS connect app to book/Cancel appts.
2. pls use AMS Connect app to book long appts for mental health problems, iron infusions, or multiple problems.
3. pls follow up within 2 weeks for test results or see one of my colleagues at Crane road if I am away.
4.If you cannot get an appt on the day walk in is available for emergencies.
5. Each 15 minute appt is for one clinical problem: 10 mins for the consult and 5 mins for admin after the consult.
6. Appt times are a rough guide as I may run late.
7. All Medicare services will be bulk billed.
8.Telehealth can only be accessed after an initial face to face consult at each site every 12 months.
9. AI maybe used to help record notes for all consultations. If you are not happy with this pls find another GP.
