I will still be available at Crane road on Sundays and Mondays. Can All regular patients of my practice kindly register for my medicare at crane road using the mygov app. Patients from other practices attending for iron infusions and opinions pls register with your regular GP/practice.
Appts at SBRD medical can only be made and cancelled via the AMS connect app.
Walk in appts available between 1100-1300 for emergency presentations at SBRD medical on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

My Practice policies to help provide organised, accessible and affordable healthcare:
1.Use the AMS connect app to book/Cancel appts.
2. pls use AMS Connect app to book long appts for mental health problems, iron infusions, or multiple problems.
3. pls follow up within 2 weeks for test results or see one of my colleagues at Crane road if I am away.
4.If you cannot get an appt on the day walk in is available between 11AM and 1PM.
5. Each 15 minute appt is for one clinical problem: 10 mins for the consult and 5 mins for admin after the consult.
6. Appt times are a rough guide as I may run late.
8. All Medicare services will be bulk billed.
9. Immunisations, and work cover consults are not being provided at SBRD medical.
10.Telehealth can only be accessed after an initial face to face consult at each site every 12 months.
11. AI is used to help record notes for all consultations. If you are not happy with this pls find another GP.
